沙棘皮渣中哈尔满碱制备技术研究

哈尔满碱可用于治疗肾上腺素或去甲肾上腺素水平低下所引起的疾病，已经得到国内外同行的认可，应用领域不断扩展，具备广阔的市场前景，沙棘皮渣中富含哈尔满碱。本研究对沙棘皮渣中提取哈尔满碱的工艺进行了全面的分析和研究，采用超声波提取法，以乙醇为溶剂，确定适宜的乙醇体积分数、提取温度、料液比、提取时间及提取次数，得出哈尔满碱最佳提取参数。提取液经大孔树脂纯化，最后用高效液相色谱法检测目标产物含量。

Techniques on Harmane Alkaloid Extracted from Dregs of Seabuckthorn Fruit Peel

Harmane alkaloid can be used to cure the diseases caused by the adrenaline or norepineph- fine＇ s low level, which is recognized by the same profession at home and abroad, and has a broad market prospect, and harmane alkaloid content is high in seabuckthorn fruit peel and dreg. This re- search comprehensively analyzes and studies the manufacturing technology of the harmane alkaloid in seabuckthorn fruit peel and dreg. This technology adopts ultrasonic extraction method, uses ethanol as its dissolvent, ascertain suitable ethanol volume fraction, extraction temperature, the ratio of mate- rial and liquid, extraction time and extraction times, and then gets the best extraction parameter. The extraction liquid is purified by the macroporous resin, and finally tests the content of target product by high performance liquid chromatographic method.
