Abstract:Nowadays,people increasingly pay great attention to the quality of library service.This article has tried to use Benchmarking analysis and ISO 11620 library Performance Evaluation Standards to improve service quality,which can satisfied the readers by the greatest extent.It can also make the library keeping the pace of times.
