低温胁迫下核桃叶片抗寒性生理生化指标分析

摘    要:常发的倒春寒给山西的核桃生产带来巨大损失,为指导农民生产并给核桃抗寒性育种提供理论依据,本研究以8个常见的核桃品种和黑核桃为试材,测定了展叶后叶片在低温胁迫下的相对电导率,SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、可溶性糖及MDA含量,根据这些指标对不同核桃品种叶片的抗寒性进行评价,并进行了各指标相关性分析和主分量分析。低温胁迫下,金薄香1号叶片相对电导率变化较小,且每个温度处理下均未超过0.5;黑核桃和中林1号MDA含量维持了一个较低的水平;黑核桃,中林1号和香玲的可溶性糖含量在各温度处理下均处于一个较高的水平;受到低温伤害时,SOD酶活性较高的为金薄香1号和礼品1号,POD活性较高的为辽核1号,金薄香6号,金薄香1号,CAT活性较高的为礼品1号和中林1号。结合田间调查结果和各项指标分析,展叶后叶片抗寒性较强的为辽核1号,金薄香6号,黑核桃,礼品1号和香玲。主分量分析可以更全面地反映多指标下的评价结果。

Analysis of Physiological and Biochemical Index for Cold Resistance of Walnut Leaf Under Low-temperature Stress
Abstract:Late spring coldness often cause great loss for Shanxi walnut industry. In order to guide production and provide scientific basis for walnut coldness breeding, the research took relative electric conductivity, SOD activity, POD activity, CAT activity, contents of soluble sugar and MDA on young leaves of Juglans nigra L .and 8 walnut cultivars were measured. Leaf cold resistance of different walnut cultivars would be evaluated by these indexes. Under low temperature, relative electric conductivity of Jinboxiang No.1 had small change and keep less than 0.5 under every treatment; MDA content of Juglans nigra L and Zhongling No.1 maintain a low level; soluble sugar content of Juglans nigra L, Zhonglin No.1 and Xiangling keep at a higher level under every treatments; Under low temperature stress Jinboxiang No.1 and Lipin No.1 had higher SOD activity, Liaohe No.1, Jinboxiang No.6 and Jinboxiang No.1 had higher POD activity, Lipin No.1and Zhonglin No.1 higher CAT activity. Indexes correlation analysis and indexes synthesis analysis of different cultivars also have been done. Combining field survey and indexes analysis, the comprehensive conclusion was leaf cold resistance of Liaohe No.1, Jinboxiang No.6, Black walnut, Lipin No.1 and Xiangling are strong. Principal component analysis could give a more comprehensive conclusion for multi-indexes estimation.
