基于BIM技术的机电系统管线碰撞优化设计

摘    要:指出了将BIM(Building Information Modeling)建筑模型信息化技术应用于建筑物机电系统管线优化排布中,可实现设计图纸三维可视化,精准定位管线排布复杂难点。通过碰撞检查报告及优化调整进行了验证,结果表明:BIM技术能够有效加强各专业在施工前期的沟通交流,减少施工过程中的窝工返工,且有效减少耗材及控制成本。

Abstract:Building Information Modeling(BIM)is applied to the optimization of pipeline layout of mechanical and electrical systems of buildings,which can realize 3D visualization of design drawings,and accurately locate the complex and difficult points of pipeline layout.Through collision inspection report and optimization adjustment verification,BIM Technology can effectively strengthen the communication of various disciplines in the early stage of construction,reduce the idling and rework in the construction process,and effectively reduce the consumables and cost control.
