| 摘 要： | 为了评价液氮冻存不同时间后及在小鼠体内复苏不同代次的弓形虫速殖子感染小鼠致病性的研究,通过比较感染处理后的弓形虫小鼠健康及存活状况,筛选出更佳的液氮冻存时间和合适复苏代次,对于建立小鼠急性弓形虫感染模型及弓形虫致病机理等具有重要意义.通过腹腔注射不同保种时间(2、4、6月)和不同复苏代次(1、2、3代)弓形虫速殖子,观...
