| 摘 要： | 为适应培养高素质人才的需要，高职畜牧兽医专业的教学改革势在必行，而教学改革的关键在于专业教师。在分析高职畜牧兽医专业教师综合素质现状的基础上，进一步分析了高职畜牧兽医专业教师综合素质的构成，并探讨和提出了高职畜牧兽医专业教师综合素质的对策及建议。
