机械设计中轴的辅助教学设计程序

为适应轴设计的教学需要,本文对目前广为使用的轴设计程序,作了3点改进。(1)提出一种通用的力学模型,使之适用于大多数轴的设计。(2)显示或打印弯矩与扭矩图。(3)按危险截面的顺序和统一的格式显示或打印安全系数校核的有关数据和结果。整个程序已中文化,采用人机对话方式,配有必要的说明与示意图,便于学生掌握。该程序主要用于学生熟悉轴的设计方法步骤,了解轴设计的各项影响因素,掌握合理设计的途径。同时,该程序亦可应用于一般机械设计。

The Competer Aided Education Program for Shaft Design in Machinery

In this paper,the three improvements have been made in the popular shaft de- sign program for Computer Aided Education:(1)A universal mechanics model is put for- ward to meet the requirement of common shaft design.(2)The bending moments and torques can be shown on computer screen or be printed on printer.(3)The results and data of the safety coefficient checking can be shown or be printed in a standard form by the order of the dangerous sections.The program uses Chinese characters in interactive way,and pro- vides necessary help and illustration for students' study.This program can be used to help students to-study the shaft design method and steps,to understand the main factors affect- ing the design,and to caster reasonable ways of design.It is also can be applied to common shaft in machine design.
