| 摘 要： | 据调查研究,我省林农贫困的主要原因有四个。一是林业生产周期长,效益低;二是林农税费负担重;三是采伐指标的限额和凭证运输制度;四是林业缺乏科技支撑和企业的带动。林农脱贫致富一靠政策扶持;二靠科技支撑;三靠企业或产业化带动。

| Abstract: | There are four main reasons of forest worker's impoverished condition based on the investigation and study.One is the forestry production cycle is long and low benefit.Two is the forest worker tax expense bears heavily.Three is the cuts target quota and the certificate transportation system.Four is the forestry lacks the technical strut and enterprise's impetus.So the forest worker escapes from poverty becomes rich as soon as depends on the policy support;the technical strut and the impetus of the enterprise or the industry. |
