大口黑鲈寄生异形锁钩虫在中国的首次报道

在乌鲁木齐市周边某大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)养殖场采样过程中,采集到大口黑鲈鳃部一种单殖吸虫(monogenean),经过形态学初步鉴定,确定这一单殖吸虫为锚首虫科(Ancyrocephalidae)锁钩虫属(Onchocleidus Mueller)的异形锁钩虫(Onchocleidus dispar)。异形锁钩虫的特征主要为:背、腹中央大钩形态相似,但背中央大钩几乎是腹中央大钩的一倍,背联接片平直,两端膨胀呈圆形,有一细长、漏斗状的交接管,并在尖端末梢有点螺旋;附属片呈"钳形"。通过资料检索发现,异形锁钩虫在我国属首次报道,系我国新纪录属种。

The first report of the monogenean Onchocleidus dispar(Ancyrocephalidae) on gills of Micropterus salmoides from China

A monogenean was collected from the gill of Micropterus salmoides during the sampling process of a freshwater fish farm nearby Urumqi,This monogenean was identified as O.dispar of Onchocleidus of Ancyrocephalidae after preliminary morphological identificationis.The characteristics of O.dispar distinguished from other genera were mainly as following,including the morphology of dorsal anchor and ventral anchor was similar,but the size of dorsal anchor was twice as large as ventral anchor.Dorsal bar was straight and the dorsal bar bulges round at both ends.There was a slender and funnel-shaped penis and accessory piece.Meanwhile,this species had a little spiral at the tip of the penis and accessory piece.The accessory piece was pincer-like accessory piece.Discovery through data retrieval that this was the first report of O.dispar in China,and it was a new genus of record in China.
