摘    要:‘金秀’系‘串枝红’ב金太阳’育成的加工专用杏新品种。果实卵圆形,平均单果质量65.5 g,大果106 g;果皮底色橙黄色,果面1/4~1/2着片状红色;果肉橙黄色,肉质细密,汁液较少,味酸甜浓厚,可溶性固形物含量12.5%。可食率95.80%。果实带皮硬度12.9 kg·cm-2,耐贮运。离核。加工杏脯色泽橙黄,味浓厚,出脯率为40%。果实发育期72 d。丰产,盛果期产量约37 t·hm-2。

Abstract:‘Jinxiu’is a processing apricot(Armeniaca vulgaris L.)cultivar derived from the cross of‘Chuanzhihong’בJintaiyang’. The fruit is oval-shaped with the ground color of orange and 1/4–1/2 sheet red in the surface. The average fruit weight is 65.5 g,and the maximum is 106 g. The flesh is orange,fine with very less fiber,toughness,less juice,sour-sweet and freestone. The soluble solids content is 12.5%. Edible rate is 95.8%. The fruit skin hardness is 12.9 kg · cm-2 and storable. The preserved apricots has orange color and tasty. Preserved yield is 40%. The fruit development period is 72 days. It has high yield. The yield in full fruit period can reach 37 t · hm-2.
