摘    要:以贵州省马铃薯研究所保存的马铃薯种质试管苗为试验材料,研究外源植物生长激素、植物生长延缓剂、活性炭及培养方式对试管苗复壮的影响,结果表明:外源植物生长激素和植物生长延缓剂的长期使用,均可造成马铃薯种质试管苗长势的退化;降低或不添加外源植物生长激素或延缓剂,可一定程度缓解马铃薯种质试管苗长势退化、复壮试管苗;活性炭的添加和液体培养对马铃薯种质试管苗生长势的恢复有较显著的效果。

Studies on Rejuvenation in Test-Tube Plantlet of Potato Germplasm

Abstract:The test-tube plantlet of Potato germplasm preserved by Potato research institution were used as experimental material to study the rejuvenation of the test-tube plantlet by using different Auxins,plant growth retardant,activated carbon and culture method.The results showed that exogenous hormone or plant growth retardant could cause the degeneration of the test-tube Plantlet vigor;Reducing or no-adding the concentration of exogenous hormone or plant growth retardant could delay the the degeneration of the test-tube Plantlet vigor;Activated carbon and culture method could rejuvenate the degeneration test-tube Plantlet obviously.
