| 摘 要： | 尿素和液氨处理使麦秸和玉米秸粗蛋白含量大幅度提高,而中性洗涤纤维 (NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维和半纤维素含量下降,秸秆干物质和 NDF 在瘤胃中的潜在降解率和降解速度也因氨化处理得到明显提高.

| Abstract: | Urea and anhydrous ammonia treatments of wheat straw and corn stover raised their crude protein content and decreased their neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber and hemicellulose content.Treatments markely increased the potential degrability of corn stover and wheat straw dry matter(DM)and NDF,and also increased the rate of DM and NDF degradation in the rumen of Hereford × Local cattle. |
