| Abstract: | The deepwater net-cage acoustic monitoring scheme described in this paper can monitor the feeding and growing of the reared fish in real time and can evaluate the total biomass increasing in the cage at all times,by using high frequency,narrow impluse,split beam and computer technology.This scheme also can control the cost at the user's acceptable level in view of the actual cost affordable situation of the current aquaculture industry. |
