本文介绍了诸如增压式化油器、空气净化、微电脑、自动化润滑、双级减振系统等新技术在油锯设计制造中的应用,针对油锯废气排放、微电脑应用等问题,提出二冲程汽油机仍将被广泛采用,新一代的油锯将应用更多的新技术,从而发展出更方便、更安全、更有效的林木采伐机械。

The Status of Development and Outlook for Chain Saw Technology in Developed Countries

In forest industry chain saw is mainly used for felling,lopping and log-making.It is important tool in mechanical felling.The chief features of a chain saw up to advanced world standard are:light weight,low vibration and less noise,easy to handle and maintain,and safe in operation.It is of fine build and compact structure,with wide adaptability.In the past score of years,in foreign countries,especially the developed ones,chain saw wasused and improved through application of new technology.By using the modern technologyto improve the traditional moving force,the technique of supercharged barburettor in the engine of a chain saw is developed.Microcomputer technology is applied to the manufoctureof a chain saw.The sawing system is of new structure,perfected by new technology.In Germany and Sweden,chain saw has a fast autobrake and an auto-lubricator on chain andthe operating system is perfected,too.New engine is used instead of two stroke reciprocat-ing petrol engine.The exhaust polution is still a difficult problem.At present some progresshas been made in improving other Light power machines and the general two stroke petrolengine,including the technique of exhaust removal,fuel injection and separate lubrication.More advances wili be made.Either in forest logging or in other departments of social lifemore and more modified types of chain saw will be used.New advances have been made incontrol of vibration and noise.Two stroke petrol engine is still in use.The technology of au-tomation and robot wili be developed and utilized.
