摘    要:链格孢褐斑病(Alternaria alternata pv. citri)主要为害橘类,以及橘和柚,或橘和橙的杂交柑橘,引起落叶、落果、枯梢,带病果实因果面病斑而难以鲜销。文章应用该病菌的孢子悬浮液接种离体叶片法评价了42个柑橘品种对褐斑病的感病性,发现橘类中的太田椪柑、新生系3号椪柑、岩溪晚芦、红橘418、杨小2|6南丰蜜橘、乳橘、无核早橘、瓯柑和满头红均高度感病,少核本地早、朱红和砂糖橘表现免疫;杂柑中的明尼奥拉、奥尔兰多、诺瓦橘、卡拉橘、濑户香、天草、津之香和默科特高度感病,大谷伊予柑和西之香为轻微感病,而爱伦达尔、红玉柑、清见、不知火和南香免疫;橙类、柚和柠檬对褐斑病免疫;而温州蜜柑、常山胡柚和金柑等一些品种的感病性则有待进一步确定。

Abstract: Alternaria brown spot (Alternaria alternata pv. citri) is a highly destructive disease of tangerines and hybrids of tangerine and grapefruit, or tangerine and orange, which causes defoliation, fruit dropping and dieback, and reduces fruit marketability due to the lesions on the fruit surface. In this paper, the susceptibility of 42 citrus cultivars to this disease were evaluated through inoculating the conidia suspension of A.alternata pv. citri onto the detached young leaves. The result showed that tangerines (Oota ponkan, Xinshengxi No.3 ponkan, Yanxiwanlu ponkan, Hongju 418, Yang xiao 2-6 Nanfengmiju, Ruju, Wuhe Zaoju, Ougan and Mantouhong) were highly susceptible to this pathogen, while Dongjiang Bendizao, Zhuhong and Shatangju showed immunity. Hybrids (Minneola, Orlando, Nova, Kara, Sedoka, Amakusa, Tsunokaori and Murcott) were highly susceptible to A.alternata pv. citri, while Otani-iyo and Nishinoka were slightly susceptible and Ellendale, Hongyugan, Kiyomi, Shiranui and Nankou were immune. Orange, pummelo and lemon were immune to this disease. The susceptibility of other cultivars such as Satsuma, Changshanhuyou and Kumquat remains to be further determined.
