| 摘 要： | 根据生态经济学原理和我国农业环境、资源现状,本文指出了建设生态文明的必要性和可行性。为了持续发展,必须同时建设物质文明、精神文明和生态文明,也就是同时兼顾“三大效益”。依靠和发动广大群众,建立山区、牧区和农区相互支持与协调的“大农业”生产体系,逐步实现大地园林化,以优美的乡村环境包围城市和工矿区,是建设生态文明的基本途径。

| Abstract: | Abstract The necessity and feasibility of construction of ecocivilization is described based on eco-economics and conditions of Chinese agroenvironment and natural resources.In order to realize sustainable development,the material,moral and ecological civilization have to be constructed concorrently,that is to consider simultaneusly the triple benefits of development.The approaches to construction of eco-civilization are pointed out as: relying on and mobilizing the broad mass,to construct a production system of "big agriculture" with intersupporting and coordinating among the agricultural regions,the mountainous regions and the pastoral regions;to realize a garden-style utiligation of the territory and to encircle cities and industrial areas with beautiful rural landscape step by step. |
