IGF-I对体外培养山羊卵泡颗粒细胞增殖与分化的影响

摘    要:为弄清IGF-I在山羊卵泡不同发育阶段对颗粒细胞增殖与分化的影响,分类采集山羊小腔和大腔卵泡颗粒细胞进行体培养,对培养后颗粒细胞的DNA含量和孕酮分泌量进行测定。结果表明,IGF-I对来源于大,小卵颗粒细胞的增殖与分化都有促进作用。

Abstract:To study the effects of IGF-Ion proliferation and differentiation of granulosa cells during the developmentof antral follicles in goat, granulosa cells from gnall antral follicles(1~3mm in delneter) and large antral follicles(5~8mm in delneter) were cultured in vitro respectively, the granulosa cell DNA content and progesterone recreation were measured at the end of culture.It is showed that, granulosa cells from small antral folliclesw ith an intrinsic high proliferative activity and a low differentiated capbility and granulosa cells from large antral follicles with a restricted proliferative activity and a high differentiated capbility IGF-I promo to both proliferative and differentiated activity in granulosa cells from both large and gnall antral follicles, but the proliferation-romoting effect in cells from small antral follicles is higher and in cells from large follicles is lower, on the contrary, the differentiation-promoting effect is higher in cells from large follicles and lower in cells from gnall follicles, this difference effects could be related to difference proliferation and differentiation activity of cells from gnall and large follicles.
