瑞士引种葡萄品种Granoir酿酒特性研究初报

摘    要:以优良酿酒葡萄品种赤霞珠为对照,在杨陵气候条件下,对葡萄酒学院由瑞士引种的葡萄品种Granoir的品种特必 果品质及单品种酿造的葡萄酒进行了研究。结果表明,Granoir在杨陵1998年气候不良的条件下,其浆果品质及单品种酿造的葡萄酒优于赤霞珠。

Abstract:Comparing with Cabernet Sauvignon,this paper studied the characteristics of Granior berries and the wine qualities in the atomesphere conditions of YangLing region.The results showed the qualities of Granoir berries and its wine were better than that of Carber net Sauvignon in the year of 1998,when the precipation during ripening period was high.
