茄子遗传距离与杂种优势关系研究

摘    要:以4*4不完全双列杂交法研究了茄子遗传距离与杂种8个性状及杂种优势的关系,结果表明:遗传距离与杂种优势,杂种性状间的关系较复杂,直线相关,曲线相关不相关3种关系都存在,因此在现阶段,安全遗传距离代替传统方法对亲本进行选择选配还是不太现实的。

Abstract:The relations between genetic distance and character values/heteroses for 8 traits in eggplant were studied by arranging 4×4 incomplete diallel cross with a random block design and three replications.The results indicated:the relations between genetic distance and heterosis/hybrid value are complex.There are three kinds of relationships namely linear,curvilinear and non-correlation.It isn''t realistic forus to select and pair parents by using genetic distance instead of traditional methods wholely at present.
