基于模糊综合评价法评价黑龙江省全株玉米青贮饲料品质

摘    要:本试验旨在利用模糊综合评价法对黑龙江省规模化牧场2018年窖贮全株玉米青贮饲料品质进行评价,为合理利用全株玉米青贮提供理论依据。共采集全株玉米青贮饲料样品40个(地方20个,农垦区20个),通过营养成分分析、质量评鉴及霉菌毒素的测定,利用模糊综合评价法对全株玉米青贮饲料3个指标(营养成分、感官评定、霉菌毒素含量)进行综合评价。结果表明:1)地方和农垦区的全株玉米青贮饲料各营养成分含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)地方和农垦区的全株玉米青贮饲料玉米赤霉烯酮平均含量检测值分别为(77.01±67.78)μg/kg、(26.19±18.78)μg/kg,农垦区极显著高于地方(P<0.01)。3)地方和农垦区的全株玉米青贮饲料感官评分的平均值分别为24.18和24.59,农垦区评分略高于地方。4)模糊综合评价法表明,地方和农垦地区全株玉米青贮饲料综合质量评分分别为-48.29和-55.77,农垦区青贮饲料品质整体略低于地方。综上所述,黑龙江省地方与农垦区全株玉米青贮饲料营养与感官品质均达到国际标准,但农垦区需加强对全株玉米青贮饲料的霉菌毒素管控,以便更有效合理地利用青贮饲料资源,避免浪费。

Abstract:The purpose of this experiment is to evaluate the quality of silage feed of whole plant corn in 2018 silage of large-scale pasture in Heilongjiang province by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to provide a theoretical basis for rational utilization of whole plant corn silage.A total of 40 samples of whole corn silage were collected(20 places,20 farms).Through nutrient composition analysis,quality evaluation and determination of mycotoxin,three indexes(nutrient composition,quality evaluation and mycotoxin content)of whole corn silage were comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed as follows:1)there was no significant difference in nutrient composition between the whole plant corn silage in places and farms(P>0.05).2)The average detected content of erythromyllone in whole plant corn silage were(77.01±67.78)μg/kg and(26.19±18.78)μg/kg in places and farms,respectively,which in farms was significantly higher than that in places(P<0.01).3)The average sensory scores in places and farms were 24.18 and 24.59,respectively,which in farms was slightly higher than that in places.4)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method showed that the comprehensive quality of silage of whole plant corn in places and farms were-48.29 and-55.77,respectively,and the quality of whole plant corn silage in farms was slightly lower than that in places.In conclusion,the nutrition and sensory quality of the whole corn silage in places and farms of Heilongjiang province have reached the international standard,but the control of mycotoxin in the whole corn silage in farms should be strengthened in order to make more effective and reasonable use of the silage resources and avoid waste.
