摘    要:茶叶是我国的国饮,茶叶质量安全事关广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,近几年来,随着无公害食品行动计划的实施,各级政府对食品安全的高度重视,加大力度禁止在茶叶中使用高毒、高残留农药,扶持龙头企业加速茶叶加工厂的改造,我国茶叶质量安全水平已大大提高。茶叶质量安全主要包括农药残留、有害重金属残留、有害微生物、非茶异物和粉尘污染等因素,涉及茶叶的原料生产和加工两个过程。

Abstract:Tea is our national drink, circulating a civilization of several thousand years of history. In the year of 2004, there were 181,000 hectares of tea growing areas, the highest in the world, and 142,000 hectares of plucking areas in our country. The total of yield of tea was 840,000 tons, ranks second in the world, production value 140 billion yuan, of which exported 280,000 tons which the sum of export were 410 million US dollars. Tea quality security concerns of the broad masses of the people's health and lives, with the rapidly development of the people's standard of living and tea importing barriers increasingly, the greatness of our tea producer must pay more attention to the tea quality and security issues. In recent years, with free food to the implementation of the action plan, governments at all levels to attach great importance to food security and intensifying the ban on the use of high tea drugs, and highly persistent pesticide, enabling leading enterprises to accelerate the transformation of tea processing plants, our country's tea has been greatly improved in quality and safety. The tea of quality and safety main Include pesticide residues main, harmful heavy metals residues, harmful micro-organisms, non-tea foreign matter and dust pollution factors involving both the production and processing of raw materials tea process.
