| 摘 要： | 为了探明不同培养料对胞外酶活性的影响,设计了3种培养料配方,分别取其在菌丝覆面、菌丝半瓶、菌丝满瓶、原基出现、开伞期、子实体成熟6个生长期的粗酶夜,测定其分泌的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶、淀粉酶等胞外酶的活性。结果表明,在不同培养料和不同生长发育阶段,元蘑菌丝所分泌的胞外酶活性具有明显的差异性,但同种酶在不同培养料中酶活性的变化趋势是一致的。这说明,培养料的不同对胞外酶活性的变化趋势影响小,但是对其活性影响较大。
