摘    要:为测定2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)的抑菌活性,采用生长速率法、悬滴法分别测定了该物质对6种植物病原真菌菌丝生长及孢子萌发的抑制作用。结果表明:该物质对所测6种病原真菌均具有一定的抑制作用,抑制菌丝生长的EC50在129.18~1113.85 mg·L-1之间,其中对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制作用最强,EC50为129.18 mg·L-1;抑制孢子萌发的EC50在160.51~356.03 mg·L-1之间,其中对小麦叶枯的抑制率最高,EC50为160.51 mg·L-1。与4种常用药剂对小麦赤霉及番茄早疫病菌菌丝的抑制作用比较,BHT的抑制中浓度相对较大。

Abstract:In order to measure the antibacterial activity of BHT,the inhibition of mycelia growth and spore germination for six plant pathogenic fungi were measured by the growth rate and pendent drop methods in the test.The results showed that there was a certain inhibition effect of BHT against six pathogenic fungi,with EC50 of inhibiting mycelia growth between 129.18 to 1113.85 mg·L^-1.The effect of EC50 was most obvious against Fusarium graminearum when the effective concentration was 129.18 mg·L^-1;EC50 of inhibiting spore germination were between 160.51-356.03 mg·L^-1,and there was a high inhibition rate on Alternaria triticina,when EC50 was 160.51 mg·L^-1.Meanwhile,the inhibition of mycelia growth of BHT and four common drugs to Fusarium graminearum and Alternaria solani were compared,and the results showed that the difference between EC50 of two kinds of pathogenic fungi above was relatively minor.
