| 摘 要： | 为研究微波松散工序工艺参数对叶丝常规化学成分的影响,采用均匀设计方法,对微波功率、加工时间2个工艺参数进行了试验。结果表明,在试验范围内:①还原糖、总氮与工艺参数建立的回归方程显著;总植物碱、氯、钾、总糖与工艺参数建立的回归方程不显著。②微波功率对还原糖和总氮影响显著;对总植物碱、氯、总糖、钾的影响不显著。微波功率和加工时间的交互作用对还原糖影响极显著。

| Abstract: | In order to study effects of technological parameters of Microwave Loosening Machine on routine chemical components of Cut Lamina,two technological parameters(micro-wave power,microwave drying time)were studied with uniform experiment.The results showed that:within the tested range,the regression equation of reducing sugar,total nitrogen and technological parameters was significant;the regression equation of total alkaloids,chlorine,potassium,total sugar and process parameters was not significant.The impact... |
