一株银杏内生裂褶菌的鉴定及其产黄酮的初步研究

摘    要:为了解银杏内生真菌产黄酮情况,对从贵州大学校园银杏树叶中分离到的一株内生真菌GZUY201进行鉴定及产黄酮的研究。菌株鉴定利用形态学和分子生物学相结合的方法,并通过HPLC法测定其产黄酮的含量。鉴定菌株GZUY201为裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune Fr.),菌株发酵液和菌丝体产黄酮苷元槲皮素量可达40.8 mg.L-1和101.7 mg.g-1。银杏内生裂褶菌可产黄酮苷元槲皮素,可作为生产银杏黄酮的候选菌株。

Abstract:In order to understand Ginkgo biloba endophytic fungi in brass,the research aimed to study on the identification of an endophytic fungus strain GZUY201,which was isolated from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.,and the productivity of flavonoids from the fungus.The identification based on morphological and molecular methods,the flavoniods content were detected by means of HPLC.The endophytic fungus GZUY201 was identified as Schizophyllum commune Fr.and it can produce quercetin which is a kind of flavonoid glyco...
