| 摘 要： | 在全国土地复垦潜力调查研究工作开展的背景下,以内蒙古自治区煤炭生产建设项目损毁土地为例,探索合理、科学的一定区域范围内大尺度要求下损毁土地面积的推算。采用实地调研法和典型样本分析法,在研究中提出"万吨煤土地损毁系数",并以该参数推算全区损毁土地面积。研究结果:全区范围内露天煤矿、井工煤矿万吨煤土地损毁系数分别为0.26、0.25 hm2.104t-1。该推算方法是政策尺度下所采用的,可以作为本次土地复垦潜力调查的参考数据;若要得到更为准确的数据为土地复垦潜力调查分析评价服务,必须在将来认真组织开展全国范围内损毁土地详查工作。 |
