| 摘 要： | 以砂地柏精油为原料,筛选出合适的溶剂和乳化剂,研制出了0.75%砂地柏精油乳油。对其热贮稳定性、有效成分含量等理化性能测定表明该制剂性能稳定。结合乳油的乳状液分散性和稳定性,确定溶剂为无水乙醇,乳化剂为吐温-A。确定的最终配方为:砂地柏精油10%(换算成松油烯-4-醇含量为0.75%),乳化剂2.5%,溶剂87.5%。采用三角瓶密闭熏蒸法等生测方法测定了乳油的杀虫活性,结果表明其对家蝇和孑孓具有较好的毒杀活性,在37.500和18.750μL/L的浓度下,对孑孓的24 h毒杀死亡率分别为100.0%和88.4%;在2.1080和1.055μL/L的浓度下,对家蝇的熏杀死亡率分别为100.0%和80.0%;该制剂对家蝇还表现出较强的击倒活性,浓度为4.218μL/L时,7 m in击倒率为50%,11 m in击倒率为100%。
