氮素对小麦茎秆大维管束和穗部发育的影响

摘    要:对小麦不同叶龄期施用氮肥与地上部伸长节间大维管束及穗部生产力之间的关系进行研究,结果表明:氮素营养影响茎秆大维管束数目的主要时期在生育前、中期;影响大维管束横截面积的主要时期则在生育中、后期。相关分析表明:大维管束数目与每穗小穗数、单穗粒数间的相关程度大于维管束横截面积的相关程度。

A STUDY ON INFLUENCE OF NITROGEN NUTRITION ON MAJOR BUNDLES OF STEM INTERNODES AND DEVELOPMENT OF SPIKE IN WHEAT

Abstract:The relationship between nitrogen and major bundles of stem internodes and spike productivity was studied by plant anatomy technique. The result was as follows: the major affecting time of nitrogen nutrition influence on number of major bundles of stem internodes was in early and middle period of growth, and the major affecting time on the bundle area was in middle and latter period of growth. CorrelatiOn analysis indicated that the degrees of correlationship between number of major bundles and spikelet number per spike and grain number per spike, is closer than between that and the major bundles area.
