辐射诱变少核红毛橙的初步研究

摘    要:用5000伦琴的60COγ射线处理红毛橙芽条.获得了4C_2少核突变体.三年中单果平均种子数比对照减少83.9-88.0%.突变体的花粉母细胞减数分裂紊乱,染色体数目和染色体行为都异常,导致遗传物质在子细胞中分配不均衡,形成畸形小孢子,因而花粉高度不育,致使种子减少.

Abstract:The budwoods of Hong Maocheng were treated with 5000 roentgen's 60CO——rays. The mutant 4C_2 obtained was seedless. The average number of seeds per fruit decreased by 83.9-88.0% less than the CK in three years. The irregularity of meiotic division of pollen mother of the mutant and the abnormality of the number and behavior of chromosomes cause the unequal distribution of genetic materials in the daughter cells. They became deformed microspore, pollens were highly sterile, and therefore seeds decreased.
