新疆主要早熟陆地棉农艺性状相关分析与评价研究

研究利用2007年度由农四师农科所承试的新疆早熟陆地棉预备试验品系为材料,用NTSYS聚类分析了参试材料遗传差异,用SPSS分析了主要农艺性状及产量性状相关关系.研究结果表明,参加单位主要集中于石河子周边地区;参试材料遗传距离较近,并有6组材料异常相似,这说明参试材料遗传差异较小;生育期与籽棉总产、皮棉总产以及霜前花皮棉均成极显著负相关,这说明早熟品种仍是伊犁棉区的首选;单铃重、籽指同生育期成显著和极显著正相关,与产量性状成负相关,表明单铃重、籽指通过影响生育期而影响到棉花产量;衣分与生育期成显著负相关同棉花产量性状成极显著正相关,这说明高衣分有利于棉花早熟和高产;种植密度与产量性状成显著正相关,表明在伊犁棉区种植密度是伊犁棉花获得高产的关键性管理因子.

Correlation Analysis and Assessment of Agronomic Characters of the Main Early-Maturing Upland Cotton in Xinjiang

Field experiments were conducted to study the correlation between the main agronomi characters and yield of the eanly-maturing upland cotton in Xinjiang with SPSS and to analyze the genetic difference of the tested materials with NTSVS.The study results indicated that there was a closer distance between the tested materials,6 groups materials.It showed that there was a less genetic difference between tested materials.The growth stage and total yield of seed cotton,total yield of lint and pre-frost and frost flower lint all were significantly negative.Lint and growth stage were significantly negative,but lint and properties of cotton yield were signifieantly positive.It showed that high lint was advantageous to early mature and high yield of cotton.
