摘 要: | 在简要回顾了转抗虫基因植物研究和利用的现状后,指出转基因植物利用中可能出现的问题主要有转基因植物的遗传变异、基因逃逸、反目标效应和对生物多样性与生态系统过程的不利影响。转抗虫基因植物的抗虫效应表现为致死效应、抑制生长发育和生态抗虫效应;提出了基于森林有害生物可持续控制的转基因植物合理利用对策,即加强生态安全性研究、实施基因交互策略、生态整合控制策略、应用屏障保护效应和保护遗传多样性策略。

The effect of transgenic insect-resistant forst plant on the insect pest control and its approach of reasonable utilization |

Abstract: | The research and utilization of transgenic insect-resistant plant was reviewed in the paper. The main problems like the following may appear in the utilization of transgenic plant: genetic variance of transgenic plant, gene escaping, anti-target effect, bad effect to the diversity and the process of ecosystem. The insect-resistant effects of transgenic insect-resistant plant including killing effect, restraining insect growth and develop went and ecological insect-resistant effect. Based on the sustainable management to forest pest the reasonable utilization strategies of transgenic insect-resistant plant, ecological security research, gene alternation, ecological conformity, barrier protection effect and genetic diversity protection were put forward. |
