摘    要:以高抗白叶枯病水稻品种 Acc8558和高感品种 H359为亲本 ,采用单粒传方法建立一个重组自交系群体 ,利用该群体构建了一张包含 2 2 5个分子标记的连锁图 .1996、1997年对该群体连续 2 a进行了白叶枯病抗性鉴定 ,并对白叶枯病抗性基因进行了定位分析 .结果表明 ,白叶枯病的抗性由 1对主效基因控制 ,且存在一些微效的修饰基因 .该主效基因位于第 5号染色体的 R830与 P2 2 / M17- 4两标记之间 ,距 R830和 P2 2 / M17- 4的距离分别约为 4 .8c M和 6 .1c M

Abstract:Two indica rice varieties, Acc8558 and H359, with high resistance and susceptibility to bacterial leaf blight, respectively, were used as parents to establish a population of recombinant inbred lines via single seed descent. Based on this population, a linkage map consisting of 225 molecular markers was constructed. In 1996 and 1977, identification of resistance to bacterial leaf blight in the population was conducted and the resistance genes were analyzed and mapped. It was found that the resistance to bacterial leaf blight wes governed by a pair of major genes and modified by some minor genes. The major gene was located between two markers, R830 and P22/M17 4, on chromosome 5, with distances of 4.8 cM and 6.1 cM to the two markers, respectively.
