微波法提取魔芋中总生物碱工艺的研究

摘    要:采用微波法提取魔芋中总生物碱,探讨微波提取工艺的影响因素,以单因素和正交实验确定最佳提取条件。结果表明,乙醇浓度95%,微波浸提时间12 min,温度70℃,料液比1∶5时,总生物碱提取率最高。

Abstract:The total steroidal alkaloids of Amorphophallus konjac were extracted with microwave irradiation extraction.The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum conditions were: alcohol concn was 95%,time of microwave irradiation was 12 min,temperature was 70 ℃ and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶5.
