16种木兰科树种光合特性比较

摘    要:使用Li-6400便捷式光合仪测定了16种不同的木兰科乡土树种的光合特性,结果表明:16个树种的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度品种间差异显著,其中合果木、鹅掌楸、亮叶含笑的Pn、Gs和Pn/Ci都较高,表现了较好的光资源利用能力,可作为重点推荐种植的绿化树种。

Comparison of Photosynthetic Parameters of 16 Magnoliaceae Tree Species

Abstract:This article studiesthe photosynthetic characteristics of16 Magnoliaceae native tree speciesby using-Li-6400 portablephotosynthesis machine .The results show that there are distinctdifferences among the16 tree speciesfrom the net photosynthesis rate (Pn) ,stomatal conductance(Gs) ,transpirationrate (Tr) and in-tercellular CO2 density(Ci) .ThePn ,Gs and Pn/Ciof Paramichelia baillonii ,Liriodendron chinense and Mich-elia fulgensare high among these species ,and their photosynthesisefficiencies are also better than otherspe-cies ,so theycan be widely used as greening tree species .
