摘    要:脱毒甘薯北京 5 5 3茎尖苗、原原种苗、原种苗茎叶生长快 ,结薯早 ,光合面积大 ,光合能力强 ,T/R值进展合理 ;前期光合产物积累主要分配到地上部茎叶 ,中后期向地下部块根输送迅速增加 ,源库关系协调。其块根膨大有 2个高峰期 ,分别为栽后的 5 0~ 70天和 90~ 10 0天

Abstract:Compared with the check variety, the vines of vine-tip, original stock and stock of virus-free sweet potato variety——Beijing 553 grew quickly and storage root expanded earlier. It had great photosynthesis area and intensity, and rational T/R ratio. Its photosynthesis matter accumulation was mainly distributed to vines in early stage and moved to storage root speedily in middle and late stage. It had harmonious source-sink relationship and two storage root swelling peaks, at 50~70 and 90~110d after transplanted.
