水分胁迫下白菜光合特性和抗旱性关系的研究

摘    要:以3个白菜品种(新早56、新乡小包、北京小杂)为试材,采用田间模拟试验的方法,研究了白菜在水分胁迫下光合特性和抗旱性的关系。结果表明,随着土壤水分胁迫程度的增加,3个白菜品种的叶片光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)均逐渐下降,其中以新早56的Pn最高,其次是新乡小包和北京小杂;而胞间CO2浓度则无显著差异,表明水分胁迫下非气孔因素是导致白菜叶片光合速率下降的主要原因;利用隶属函数法对3个品种的抗旱能力进行综合评价,其抗旱能力为:新早56>新乡小包>北京小杂。

Abstract:The effects of water stress on the photosynthesis of three cabbage varieties were studied.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpination rate were diminished sigificantly with the increasing of water stress,and the net photosynthetic rate of Xinzao 56 was higher than Beijing xiaoza and Xinxiang xiaobao.But the intercellular CO2 concentration was not affected by water stress.The results showed that the non-stomatal factor was the chief cause leading to decrease of photosynthetic rate of cabbage varieties.By a comprehensive evaluation of Fuzzy mathematics,the ability of drought tolerance was arranged from strong to weak as following Xinzao 56 >Xinxiang xiaobao>Beijing xiaoza.
