| 摘 要： | 从有关企业成长与企业资源理论的分析入手, 结合林业企业的特点, 探讨我国林业企业遇到的有形资源、无形资源与人力资源障碍; 通过分析产生这些障碍的历史、环境以及企业自身原因, 从关键资源识别、资源获取途径、新资源的开发与利用等方面提出林业企业克服成长障碍的措施。

| Abstract: | Starting from the analysis of firm growth and resource-based theory,considering the special feasures of forestry enterprises,the paper discussed the barriers of visible resources,invisible resources and human resources in forestry enterprises.By the analysis on the causes in history,environment and enterprises themselves,the countermeasures of breaking through the barriers,which dealt with the identification of key resources,ways of resource acquisition,and the exploration & utilization of new resources are put forward. |
