| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation, statistics and research, the questions were analyzed such as difficulties, pressure and challenges in the employment of college students of engineering specialties in agricultural universities; Combined with the recent employment work, the long term mechanisms to guide and serve the college students was constructed and practiced in the employment work of faculty. |
