| Abstract: | This paper researched the multi-objective problems of combined dispatch of multi-reservior by using system engineering theory and method, built the optimilizing dispatch model which had the priority and took year as period.This paper took Urumqi River as an example,the results proved water resources could be fully used and the management level of water resources could be raised by using the model. |
