| Abstract: | Taking Coast Agriculture Research Institute of Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences that was transformed in 2004 as an example,the development course was reviewed,the scientific research basis,strength,talents and practices were analyzed.The external relation and internal cooperation were the best measures to promote the science and technology innovation in transformed research institutes. |
