| 摘 要： | 多层单元式住宅是我国城镇住宅的主要类型,人们对居住环境的关注已从过去的室内环境逐步转移为室外公共空间与环境,本文结合我国传统的住宅文化和符合现代精神的设计理念,探讨多层单元式住宅的公共空间与环境营造,以创造一个自然、亲和、安全、健康的居住环境,提高城镇居民的生活质量。

| Abstract: | The multi-storey housing is the main type of urban residential quarters in China. With the improvement of people's living condition, more attentions are given to the public space and environment as well as the indoor decoration than ever when people choose their houses. According to the traditional culture of residence and design conception nowadays, the requirements for the design on the public space and environment of the residential area was analyzed in order to create a natural, safe, healthy and harmony atmosphere in residential area. |
