| 摘 要： | 目前我国建筑市场和企业普遍存在产业结构不合理、管理水平和资源整合能力亟待加强和提高的问题,而虚拟企业正能缓解和解决这些现实问题。本文结合建筑企业的特点和现状,以建筑工程管理模式(CM)为例,分析和介绍了虚拟建设与虚拟企业在代理型工程项目交易模式中的应用。

| Abstract: | At present,the industrial structure of construction market and enterprise is generally irrational,the ability of management and resources integration are needed to improve and strengthen in china.However,the virtual enterprise can alleviate and solve practical problems.The characteristics and present situation of the construction enterprises were integrated in this paper.Taking the CM pattern as the example,the application of virtual construction and virtual enterprise in the vicegerent project transaction pattern were analyzed and explored. |
