| 摘 要： | 间接竞争ELIS法分析了自制抗土霉素抗体的灵敏度与特异性。结果表明,所得抗体的灵敏度和特异性都较好,和其它结构相似或相近物质的交叉反应率较低。以自制抗体建立的间接竞争ELISA法对牛奶中土霉素的残留量进行了检测,所建立的间接竞争ELISA方法对土霉素的检测范围为5~200 ng.mL-1,相关系数r=0.9951。

| Abstract: | The sensitivities and specificities of the antibody were analyzed using indirect competitive ELISA.The results revealed that the antibodies have good sensitivities and specificities and low ratio of cross reactivities with other structure similar antibiotics.On the basis of these,the indirect competitive ELISA was used to analyze the Oxytetracycline content in milk.The results showed that the detecting range was 5~200 ng·mL-1. |
