安徽省耕地资源安全保障与对策研究

本文在界定耕地资源安全概念的基础上,对安徽省耕地资源安全现状进行分析,并引入耕地质量折算方法,从耕地资源安全需求与供给两个方面,更为科学地预测2020年全省的耕地资源安全态势.研究结果表明,到2020年质量折算后的耕地供给量约为574.19万hm2,高于预测的耕地安全需求量(551.54万hm2)近26万hm2,理论上尚可保障耕地资源安全,但实际仍面临很大的压力.最后,针对目前存在的问题提出对策建议.
