图书馆青年女馆员激励方法研究

摘    要:青年女馆员在图书馆员工中占据着相当大的比重,她们越来越成为图书馆事业发展的中坚力量。根据青年女馆员的需求特征对其进行有针对性的激励是谋求图书馆可持续发展的客观要求,是促进男女馆员均衡发展的有效途径,是实施人本管理的具体体现。绩效工资激励、职业生涯发展激励、非正式群体激励及仪式激励是图书馆激励青年女馆员的主要方法。

Abstract:The young female librarians take up a great portion in the library;they play a more and more important role in the development of the library.According to the need feature of the young female librarians,we give them specific inspiration,which is the objective need to seek a sustainable development,which is the effective method to balance the development between the male and the female librarians,and which is the specific presentation of the implement of humanistic management.The inspiration of the performance-related pay,the inspiration of the development of the career,the inspiration of the non-formal group and the inspiration of the ceremony are the main methods to inspire the young female librarians.
