帕累托最优模型在信息资源配置中的适用性分析

对信息资源有效配置不仅是信息产业健康发展的关键性支撑,也是信息经济学和信息资源管理的一个重要研究课题。为了更加便捷明确地分析如何实现信息资源的有效配置,学术界引进了各种经济学模型进行探讨分析。其中,最为著名的是在西方经济学中被称为资源配置效率的＂绝对标准＂的帕累托模型,通过对帕累托最优模型在信息资源配置中的适用性进行了系统的分析。

Analyze on the Application of the Pareto Principle in Information Resource Allocation

Information resources has become an indispensable element of the growth of economic.On the one hand,it is not a substitute for natural resources,and the most important resources for allocation of physical resources efficiently.Therefore,the efficient allocation of information resources is not only the support of healthy development of information industry,but also the important research topic in field of information economics and information resources management.In recent years,Chinese and foreign scholars pay more attention to how to achieve effective allocation of information resources,and proposes a variety of economics model.Among them,the most well-known in the West is the Pareto Model.Pareto optimal provides a basic standard for the evaluation of the efficiency of an economic system,and provides a reference for the efficiency allocation of information resources.This paper will analysis the allocation of information resources based on Pareto model.
