| 摘 要： | 传统合作社原则下的农业合作社,存在着个人利益与共有产权、按劳分配与资本约束,以及民主原则与管理低效率等方面的制度矛盾;通过产权结构明晰化、分配形式多样化和控制权结构合理化等创新路径,合作社可发展成为能够满足现代农业发展需要的现代农业组织.在农业市场化、国际化的背景下,合作社制度变迁的动因,既取决于内部要素价格的变动,也受到外部产业发展环境的影响.提出应从从合作社的内部制度安排、外部制度环境和农村体制创新等方面进行着力改造,以进一步完善我国农业合作社制度.
