| Abstract: | The bidding as an open,fair,impartial and competitive selection of the best way of market transactions,in today's socio-economic activities play an increasingly important role.This article discusses the mechanism for the formation of the bidding,the library purchases in the bidding documents;research and analysis of the impact of the procurement bidding documents the work of factors and responses;on Beijing's bid evaluation experts in library building. |
