| 摘 要： | 本文从气候变暖与木材供需矛盾两个方面,阐述了森林资源储备的重要性.分析了我国森林资源储备的现状,表现在:总量不足,逆转严重;可采森林蓄积不足;资源分布不均,质量不高;林种和林龄结构不合理,储备主体单一;森林资源储备途径单一.并从自然灾害、自然条件、地形地貌等地理特征和森林资源经营管理上,分析了森林资源储备存问题的原因.提出了我国森林资源储备的对策,即进行高标准的人工造林;封山育林,促进森林资源天然更新;建立生态循环型林业经济发展模式;实施森林生态系统管理;实施人工林的近自然化改造;进行低质低效林改造;大力加强对森林资源储备的投入;建立多元化的森林资源储备机制.
