论我国农村消费升级的趋势与流通业发展方式转变及扩大农村消费的对策

本文首先从消费结构和消费行为方面,分析了现阶段我国农村居民消费升级的具体表现,然后分析农村居民消费升级对流通体系优化的需求,认为政府对农村流通业支持欠缺、农村流通基础设施不完善、农村流通产业组织化程度和市场集中度低、农村流通业经营模式单一、农村流通秩序混乱和流通效率低,是目前制约农村消费升级的主要障碍.最后提出以确保资金向农村流通业倾斜、加强农村流通基础设施建设、改变农村流通业经营模式、规范农村流通秩序、加强农产品现代流通网络建设及以信息化推进现代农村流通业的发展等优化农村流通体系扩大农村消费对策.
